Had a great 6 days - amazing executive room with double balcony and stunning sea views and lots of space. The Cafe Vista was being refurbished but the same food was served elsewhere in the hotel - enjoyed all meals but the Shepherds Pie was particularly good. All staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good value and buffet food was hot.
We spent 2 nights at the hotel. It was very clean, good breakfast and the staff were professional and helpful. We noted that this is a dog friendly hotel too. Parking on the front was a bonus at a nominal daily rate. A short stroll into the town centre. We would highly recommend this hotel!
Took family out for Carvery lunch. Very welcoming, festive decor and easy access. Full restaurant and a myriad of groups, families and guests however plenty of choice, space to dine and easy pace. Gammon, Turkey. Beef with assorted vegetables, potatoes and festive extras. Well cooked. Variety of desserts and a very enjoyable visit.
Beautiful hotel, spotlessly clean , lovely big bedroom and bathroom. All staff (reception, waitresses, cleaners) were all friendly, polite and helpful. The breakfast was lovely and excellent choices. Our 3rd visit and this hotel dosent dissapoint. ! Will definitely return. We stayed 2 nights - 18th - 20th January 26.
Greeted by a smiley Zoe at the desk. Room was very clean and well maintained(no mouldy sealant) Breakfast was spot in, good quality food and a decent selection. Booking out, again meet by Zoe and again smiley and positive. A good stay. Thank you
We had a fabulous stay at this hotel - we had the 2 bedroom suite. 5 friends sharing - it was perfect. Spotlessly clean. Staff were all brilliant and so helpful. Thanks go to Zoe on Reception for a speedy, efficient and fun check in. Breakfast delicious and lots choice. Thanks so much. We will definitely book again.
My partner and I stayed for 1 night as an anniversary treat. The hotel was in a fdd as drastic location and the beach view from our room was simply stunning. Breakfast buffet was amazing, plenty of choice and hot. Our highlight was a brief history of the hotel from the lovely Pauline, who spared a few minutes with us after breakfast to show us the photos displayed of the areas history. She is a wealth of knowledge. We will be back.
Overall this was a nice hotel stay, in a great location with a good view to the sea. Unfortunately Ashley on reception was not very welcoming when checking in and we also had issues throughout our stay with our keycards. The staff in the bar were very helpful and created a nice atmosphere in the evening. But apart from this we had a good stay, and a lovely breakfast, in a hotel with great views.
